Essential Working Points for Street Recycling Bins Project

•  Placement of 5 Bins in ONE location. The bins are for Plastics (2 bins), paper/cartons (1 Bin), Glass (1 Bin), Metals (1 Bin)

• Bins remain the property of Cedar Environmental and are put there on rental basis.

• The program works in 6 months chunks renewable as per consent of both parties. Cedar Environmental will unload the bins 2 times a month for a total of 12 pickups for the 6-month slot.

• The monthly cost for ONE location of 5 bins is cash $500/month paid for a 6-month period in advance. 

• The bins are painted and branded by Cedar Environmental as generic recycling bins. If the municipality/association wants special branding they must pay for the printing of the flex materials used. We will provide them with the dimensions and the technical support.

• The cost of the program includes the following: partial cost of the bins, bi-monthly transportation costs, sorting costs once the recyclables are taken to the recycling factory.

Cedar Environmental will share monthly statistics of how much recyclables was removed from the site and it will be published online on its platforms.
