Recycling Used Tires
Launching our first of eight CSR activities we plan to collaborate on during 2025-2026 with both the private sector and concerned individuals who want to do their share of environmental protection.
Our first activity is to put our fleet and workforce to resolve the illegal dumping/stashing of used car tires. We have currently two locations where car tires are piling up and no one is doing anything about it.
The details of what we will do with these tires are below. Payments are made either via WHISH payment or a regular credit card transaction.

Transporting Used Car Tires
ِAt least once a month, we do the rounds and pickup old car tires laying around roads or communities or recuperated from cleanup efforts. We closely collaborate with an environmentally friendly recycling facility in the Saida area which does not resort to burning the tires but to mechanically shred them and sort them into their separate components: rubber, textile and steel wire.
This facility transforms the rubber of used cars into playground flooring. It doesn't pay anything in return of used tires but does accept them free of charge if delivered to their facility.
This CSR effort aims to cover the cost of transport of a large pickup truck from the Beirut/Mount Lebanon area to Saida.

تقوم هذه المنشأة بتحويل مطاط السيارات المستعملة إلى أرضيات للملعب. لا تقدم المنشأة أي مقابل مالي مقابل الإطارات المستعملة، ولكنها تقبلها مجانًا إذا تم تسليمها إلى منشأتها.
تهدف جهود المسؤولية الاجتماعية للشركات هذه إلى تغطية تكلفة نقل شاحنة كبيرة من منطقة
بيروت/جبل لبنان إلى صيدا.
